Similarly, in Oklahoma, our assessments have been recognized for non-DUI cases, but DUI cases require prior authorization for utilization of our services. In Georgia, our assessments have been accepted for court. However, for probation, our assessments are only accepted for non-DUI cases in Georgia. Please note that we can help if the original charge was DUI but was reduced to a lesser charge/conviction.

Assessments for License Reinstatement

Currently, our assessments have obtained endorsement from the majority of Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) offices. To determine the status of our assessments in your state, kindly refer to the map below, which provides information on whether they are fully accepted, require pre-approval, necessitate in-person attendance, or are not accepted at all.

If your license is suspended/revoked in a state we don’t service, but you now live in a state we do, you may still use our service. That’s because many DMV offices allow you to fulfill their requirements from your place of residence. If you require help interpreting this map or need further guidance in meeting compliance, call us at (888) 648-2012.

Our assessments have been accepted by the DMV in the following states Alabama, Alaska, California, Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusets, Minnesota, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, West Virginia, & Wyoming
