• WA & OK: Accepted for non-DUI. DUI cases often require a local evaluator or prior permission.
• GA: Accepted by courts; probation typically for non-DUI cases. If a DUI was reduced (e.g., reckless), we can complete your assessment.

• Standard: Typical delivery in ~48 hours after your appointment when no extra steps are required.
• Expedited: Priority review with typical ~24-hour delivery when no extra steps are required.

Testing, third-party verifications, or missing documents can extend timelines.

• Step 1 – Initial SAP session: Telehealth appointment with a DOT-qualified SAP.
• Step 2 – Recommendations: Complete any required education/treatment.
• Step 3 – Follow-up session: SAP verifies completion and issues RTD documentation.

Note: Return-to-Duty documentation is provided after both the initial and follow-up sessions are completed and requirements are met.

It depends on your history and agency requirements. Your evaluator may recommend education, treatment, or lab testing.

• Any classes/treatment/testing are billed by those providers and are not included in our fee.
