2) What Counts as a Third-Party or Additional Cost (Not Billed by Us)

  • Lab testing (e.g., PEth or other substance tests) when ordered by an evaluator.
  • Court/DMV, program classes, or treatment (e.g., DUI School, Victim Impact Panel, outpatient/inpatient treatment).
  • Government or state filing/administrative fees.
  • Employer/TPA testing for DOT RTD/Follow-Up.

These costs are paid directly to the third-party provider or agency. Amounts vary by provider and location; we do not mark up these fees.

3) How We Display Pricing

  • Prices are listed in USD and shown as a one-time Total due today before you pay.
  • No hidden or automatic add-ons. Any optional add-on is clearly labeled and requires your selection.
  • If taxes or payment-processor fees apply, they’ll appear at checkout before payment confirmation.
  • Third-party charges above are not billed by us and will not appear in checkout.

4) Delivery Timelines & Caveats

Our regular and expedited timeframes refer to the expected time to produce and deliver your report after your required inputs are complete.

Delivery may take longer if:

  • Additional documents must be obtained from you or third parties,
  • Substance testing is ordered and impacts delivery time, or
  • You miss/reschedule appointments or delay requested information.
If a delay arises, we’ll communicate what is needed and the updated estimate.

5) Installments (Buy Now, Pay Later)

  • You may pay in full today or use an installments provider at checkout (availability may vary).
  • You’ll see the provider’s terms before confirming payment. Late fees or interest may apply per provider policy.
  • Our service price does not increase because you choose installments.
  • Installments are offered and serviced by the third-party provider, not by us.

6) Refunds & Cancellations (Summary)

  • Some purchases may be non-refundable once services begin or appointments are missed/late-canceled.
