If you are undergoing a DOT-mandated Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) evaluation, we are required to report specific information to your employer or their designated third-party administrator (TPA), including:
- The results of your initial SAP evaluation.
- Your compliance status with recommended education/treatment.
- Your eligibility for return-to-duty testing.
- Your follow-up testing plan, as required under DOT regulations.
