A telehealth session or appointment is a session done remotely using digital tools like video calls, phone calls, or messaging. It allows you to access services from home, providing convenience and flexibility. Before the appointment, you’ll set up the necessary technology, ensuring a good internet connection. During the session, you’ll discuss your health with a clinician just as you would in person. These appointments are secure and comply with privacy laws like HIPAA.

Our staff utilizes Zoom for our telehealth appointment sessions, which is a video conferencing app you can use on a smartphone, tablet, or computer/laptop.

Our online evaluations are widely recognized and accepted by judges, attorneys, probation officers, large corporations, and government agencies. Our evaluations adhere to standard legal formatting and are authored and signed by certified or licensed counselors, making them easily recognizable by professionals such as judges and probation officers. However, it’s crucial to note that certain regulations may require in-person assessments in specific cases. Details about such requirements will be outlined in your paperwork if you are mandated to undergo the evaluation.

We’re confident in the quality of our evaluation reports. If a report is rejected by the requesting party, we offer a 100% refund. Limitations and conditions apply; check our Refund Policy page for more information.

We currently do not accept insurance for our evaluation services. To make our services affordable and accessible, we provide transparent, affordable pricing.

We now offer Buy Now, Pay Later options for all evaluation sessions. When booking, simply select Klarna or Affirm as the payment method and choose the payment plan you qualify for. Visit the Start Now page to book your appointment.

The need for classes or treatment after a drug and alcohol evaluation depends on several factors, such as the evaluation’s findings and the recommendations from the evaluator. If the evaluation concludes that you have a substance abuse disorder or are at risk of developing one, the evaluator might recommend participating in classes, therapy, or a structured treatment program. Additionally, in specific circumstances or to comply with state regulations, you may need to attend a minimum number of educational classes. This requirement could be based on substance-related convictions, violations of rules or policies, or other pertinent factors.

Right now, our counselors only speak English. But if you don’t speak English, don’t worry, we’ve helped non-English speakers before. You must fill out the questionnaire accurately (you can use the translation tool on our website located at the bottom left of the screen, if necessary). Then, you must have a translator during the video session. This translator could be someone you pay or a friend or family member willing to help out.
