We’re inviting open applications from Substance Abuse Professionals (SAPs) and Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselors (CADCs) to support clients nationwide through secure telehealth.

What we’re looking for

  • DOT-Qualified SAPs (49 CFR Part 40) across FMCSA, FAA, FTA, FRA, PHMSA, USCG.
  • State-recognized credentials: CADC/CAC/LADC/LCAS or equivalent.
  • Multi-state licensure a plus; telehealth experience preferred.
  • Comfort with court/probation/DMV acceptance requirements.

What you’ll do

  • Conduct remote evaluations and structured clinical interviews.
  • Deliver clear, compliant reports (court/DMV/employer/DOT).
  • Make evidence-based recommendations (education, treatment, testing).
  • For SAPs: manage Return-to-Duty steps and follow-up plans.

Qualifications & Eligibility

We review credentials for SAP and CADC applicants and onboard qualified professionals for remote evaluation work.

Substance Abuse Professionals (SAP)

  • Current **DOT SAP qualification** per 49 CFR Part 40 (active certificate).
  • 2+ years relevant clinical assessment or RTD experience.
  • Proficiency with structured interviews and defensible documentation.
  • Private, professional telehealth setup and reliable connectivity.

Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselors (CADC)

  • Active, state-recognized credential (e.g., CADC/CAC/LADC/LCAS or equivalent).
  • 2+ years substance use assessment or counseling experience.
  • Strong clinical writing; ability to produce court/DMV/employer-ready reports.
  • Comfort with secure telehealth workflows and basic EHR/portal tools.

Nice to Have

  • Multi-state licensure or certifications.
  • Experience with court, probation, DMV, or employer referrals.
  • Familiarity with standardized screeners and evidence-based recommendations.
